If You Go Out in the Woods Today

Oh the walls have ears and the ceiling plant has eyes...

Brilliant! I've never even heard of these before. I'm amazed not have seen them, really, although maybe they don't grow in Ohio or Connecticut, those being where I've spent the most time in the woods.

Hadn't heard of them myself until Kuriositas brought these too my attention (I do love that blog). But then I live in Southern California, nowhere near where they grow. To add to the fun, down in parts of South America there's the Jabuticaba tree, which grows fruit (edible, this time) on its trunk...
